Our Story
From Communication Manufacturing to a Brand Built for Children
Founded in 1996 in Weihai, China, KAER has spent more than three decades developing and manufacturing communication devices for global markets.
Through years of working with telecom operators, distributors, institutions, and technology partners, we saw a growing gap in the children's communication market: children need a reliable way to stay connected, but they do not always need the unrestricted access and distractions that come with a conventional smartphone.
Building on KAER's experience in hardware engineering, wireless communication, software development, and mass production, we are building a focused children's communication brand for global partners—including telecom operators, distributors, schools, and child-focused businesses—serving families and children in different markets.
